Non contrast CT paranasal sinuses demonstrate abnormal thickening and medialisation of anterior maxillae resulting in narrowing of nasal airway. The width of the nasal airway at the narrowest point is measures less than 11 mm. Imaging findings is consistent with congenital pyriform aperture stenosis. Associated abnormal dentition with presence of solitary median maxillary central incisor (SMMCI) resulting in mal-alignment of the normal central and lateral maxillary incisors.
Neonatal MRI examination was normal (not shown). No midline brain abnormality.
