Congenital rib fusion

Fusion of the posterior aspect of the right 2nd and 3rd ribs with a bony bridge between the 3rd, and 4th ribs.
Case Discussion
Congenital fused ribs also called rib synostosis. It can be unilateral or bilateral with two or more fused ribs (most likely an incidental finding in this case).
