Congenital rib fusion

Lungs are clear. No pleural or pericardial effusion.
There is inner bowing of proximal portion of left 5th and 6th ribs, linked together by a joint without any other structural abnormality, most likely congenital.

Features on CT images are most consistent with congenital rib fusion with pseudo articulation.
