Case Discussion

10 month old male child presented with painless midline abdominal mass since birth. On x-ray there is a soft tissue opacity mass, protruding from the umbilical region containing gut loops without any proximal gut loops dilatation and free intra-abdominal air. Features are suggestive of congenital umbilical hernia containing gut loops without any obvious sign of complication.
