Presentation

Pain and swelling of the distal forearm and wrist.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Multiple small vascular lacunae in the distal flexor compartments of the forearm, embedded in fat tissue. Time resolved MRA does not show av shunts or prominent venous vasculature. A capillary blush is seen on the late phase images.
