Bilateral congenital vertical talus. 

Case Discussion

Congenital vertical talus is the result of dorsal dislocation of the navicular on the talus. This typically presents as flat feet evident from birth. Half of all cases are bilateral and there is a male predominance (M:F; 2:1) 1.
