Cardiomegaly is present and pulmonary artery trunk is dilated up to 34 mm.
Moderate to severe pleural effusion is present at both sides accompanied by adjacent parenchymal collapse. Some band like atelectatic opacities are also observed at lung bases.
A 40×17mm sub cutaneous lipoma is present at lower lateral aspect of right chest wall inferring lipoma.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are compatible with congestive heart failure (CHF).
