History of a small cyst adjacent to the left eyeball.

CT Orbitis

There is a small cystic lesion in the medial aspect of left globe, in the distal insertion of medial rectus muscle.

Case Discussion

Conjunctival inclusion cysts are benign lesions usually containing clear serous fluid and could be congenital or acquired.
