Coronal CT scanogram

CT reveals severe pericardial calcifications. There are bilateral pleural effusions and bilateral lower lobe compressive atelectasis. There is also retrograde contrast flow from the right atrium to the IVC and hepatic veins.

This case illustrates the typical findings of the constrictive pericarditis and findings due to heart failure.
