- Smooth diffuse thickening of the pericardium to about 1.1 cm, with associated left-sided pleural effusion. No calcification of the pericardium.
- Smooth interlobular septal thickening and smooth fissural thickening, suggesting interstitial edema.
This case demonstrates the CT changes of constrictive pericarditis, and in this patient, no etiology was elucidated.
