Massive infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm measuring up to 11.6 cm has ruptured anteriorly with a large volume of retroperitoneal hematoma. Heterogeneous density within the aneurysm sac reflecting hematoma. LIkely right lower pole renal infarct. Slit-like IVC.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent open repair and survived the initial post-operative recovery.
