Contrecoup subdural hematoma - 2-year-old

Left-sided acute subdural hematoma with left-to-right shift and subfalcine herniation. There is adjacent hypoattenuating extra-axial fluid, which may be hyperacute blood or chronic in nature.
There is right parietal scalp swelling.
Case Discussion
An urgent craniotomy done three hours later revealed a left subdural clot as well as bleeding from a subdural vein.
