Case Discussion

This case illustrates the typical appearance of convolutional markings of the skull. These images were taken as a part of skeletal survey for suspicious non-accidental trauma. It is important to differentiate this appearance from copper-beaten skull and lacunar skull. However, in our case, both the imaging findings and the clinical history, mostly compatible with normal convolutional markings.
