There is a normal cardiothoracic ratio with a left ventricular configuration consistent with a history of chronic hypertension and no signs of cardiac decompensation. The lung fields are clear. There are bilateral coracoclavicular joints.

Incidental finding of bilateral coracoclavicular joints, an accessory but normal variant articulation.
Usually of no acute clinical significance however can develop degenerative change and possibly represent a source of shoulder pain.
