Small fragments superomedial to the right coracoid process.
The clavicle is slightly elevated with respect to the acromion on the frontal view, but is not entirely disrupted.
Case Discussion
Given radiographic appearances and the clinical story, a coracoclavicular ligament injury was suspected, with minor avulsion of the coracoid process. The Rockwood classification is used for coracoclavicular ligament injury, with this considered a type 2 injury.
This case was managed conservatively without follow-up imaging.
