Case Discussion

Given radiographic appearances and the clinical story, a coracoclavicular ligament injury was suspected, with minor avulsion of the coracoid process. The Rockwood classification is used for coracoclavicular ligament injury, with this considered a type 2 injury.

This case was managed conservatively without follow-up imaging.
