Presentation

Fell on stairs, hit the right shoulder.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

The fracture of the antero-inferior aspect of the glenoid is evident. 

No other abnormality can be discerned. 

CT also demonstrates a minimally displaced distal coracoid process fracture. 

Case Discussion

Coracoid process fractures rarely occur in isolation, here it was encountered in combination with a bony Bankart lesion
