Severe intraluminal calcification of the suprarenal and pararenal aorta, along with bilateral renal atrophy likely due to long-standing aortic/renal arterial disease. Bilateral pleural effusions which are small on right and moderate on left with associated passive atelectasis. Colonic diverticulosis, without diverticulitis.
