2 x 1 cm enhancing intradural lesion with minor internal cystic change at the level of T2/T3 level, completely effacing the cord.
Kink of the cervicomedullary junction. I believe prior posterior fossa surgery has been undertaken.
Minor cervical spondylosis.
Case Discussion
Thoracic spinal hemangioblastoma with severe cord compression (consistent with VHL).
The patient had prior posterior fossa surgery.
