History of ischemic heart disease, coronary artery bypass grafting done in heart hospital about one month back. New complaints: dyspnea and chest pain for the past 5 days.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Sternal wires from previous midline sternotomy.

Mediastinal clips in keeping with previous CABG.

Bilateral mild pleural effusion.
