Patient underwent CABG for three vessel disease. Bypass grafts were assessed for graft patency.
Three bypass grafts can be seen which are patent
1. Left coronary saphenous graft - proximal end in aorta and distal end in left oblique marginal artery.
2. Right coronary saphenous graft - proximal end in aorta and distal end in right coronary artery.
3. Left internal mammary graft - left internal mammary artery joining the left anterior descending artery.
Case Discussion
This case depicts three common coronary artery bypass grafts.
