Acute displaced fracture of the right ulnar coronoid process with intra-articular extension to the elbow joint. No abnormal elevation of the posterior fat pad. Mild soft tissue swelling over the elbow.
Case Discussion
This represents a case of coronoid process fracture.
The patient underwent open reduction internal fixation. A posterior long-arm elbow splint was placed and removed in 2-weeks.
