Corpus callosum dysgenesis with a small callosal remnant.
Large inter-hemispheric tubulonodular lipoma eliciting high signal on T1 and T2 WI. It extends via the choroidal fissures to involve both choroid plexuses of both lateral ventricles.
On MRS, there's a marked elevate lipid/lactate peaks.

The tubulonodular lipoma appears of low attenuation with a marginal rim of calcifications.
Case Discussion
Tubulonodular lipoma is usually associated with corpus callosum agenesis/dysgenesis. It frequently demonstrates calcifications. It also may extend into the lateral ventricles and the choroid plexus.
