Corpus callosum agenesis

The occipital horns and atria of the lateral ventricles are enlarged bilaterally. Sagittal images demonstrate agenesis of the corpus callosum.
Case Discussion
Parallel orientation of both lateral ventricular bodies are suggestive of corpus callosum agenesis. This can often be associated with prominence of the occipital horns of the lateral ventricle (colpocephaly).
