The inferior aspect of the metopic suture is united with the broad nasal bone. Normal bilateral coronal, sagittal, bilateral lamboid and squamous sutures.

Hypertelorism is seen, the distance between globes are 15 mm. Small bony defect is seen between the orbital plate of the frontal bones bilaterally at the cribriform plate, measures 2 mm with no herniated brain.

MRI shows absent corpus callosum, dilated lateral ventricle atria and occipital horns and a variant of Dandy-Walker syndrome.
