Corpus callosum agenesis with acute infarcts

Near complete agenesis of corpus callosum with parrallel(non-converging) lateral ventricles. Coronal images shows trident shaped lateral ventricles.
Areas of restricted diffusion are seen on Diffusion W images in the bilateral parietal cortical and subcortical region, which turns hypointense signal on the T1W images, represents recent ischemic areas.
Case Discussion
These case represent complete agenesis of corpus callosum with recent ischemic areas in bilateral parietal region.
