There is evidence of a small right frontal scalp hematoma without intracranial acute abnormality. There is, however, evidence of corpus callosum dysgenesis with wide-spaced parallel ventricles (so-called racing car sign).
Case Discussion
Individuals with corpus callosal dysgenesis are often essentially normal and thus incidentally finding this congenital abnormality when the brain is imaged for other reasons is not infrequent.
Editorial note: Aplastic anemia and corpus callosal abnormalities have been reported as part of congenital amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia (CAMT) 1 although it is unclear if this is the case in this individual.
