Parallel orientation of lateral ventricles with colpocephaly is noted representing corpus callosal dysgenesis.
CSF attenuating lesion along the inter hemispheric fissure suggesting interhemispheric cyst.
Enlargement of subarachnoid spaces anterior to both cerebral hemispheres which can be seen in benign enlargement of subarachnoid spaces in infancy.
Case Discussion
The imaging features are typical for dysgenesis of the corpus callosum with interhemispheric cyst.
