Corpus callosum dysgenesis with cerebellar vermis dysplasia and hypoplastic pons

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Significant thinning of posterior body and splenium of corpus callosum is seen.
Cerebellar vermis appears dysplastic with irregular superior vermis, partially hypoplastic inferior vermis and possible midline cleft.
Hypoplastic pons is seen with mild prominence of fourth ventricle.

Case Discussion

Findings are suggestive of corpus callosum dysgenesis with dysplastic cerebellar vermis and hypoplastic pons.
