Significant thinning of posterior body and splenium of corpus callosum is seen.
Cerebellar vermis appears dysplastic with irregular superior vermis, partially hypoplastic inferior vermis and possible midline cleft.
Hypoplastic pons is seen with mild prominence of fourth ventricle.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of corpus callosum dysgenesis with dysplastic cerebellar vermis and hypoplastic pons.
