Cortical irregularity seen involving posteromedial aspect of distal femoral metaphysis at the attachment site of adductor magnus / medial head of gastrocnemius tendon.
Linear hyperintensity seen in posterior horn of medial meniscus with no obvious extension to articular surface and a possible tiny parameniscal cyst at posterior aspects, measuring approx. 1.5 mm.
