Presentation

Blunt trauma to right lower anterior chest wall by cow horn - 1 day. Complaining of local pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is no rib fracture on the right side.

ultrasound

There is a displaced fracture of the right costal cartilage at the site of pain pointed by the patient. For comparison, asymptomatic left costal cartilage was examined; which was intact.
