Presentation

Dry cough and sore throat for three days.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years.
Gender: Male
ct

Multiple scattered mainly peripherally (subpleural) located areas of mixed consolidation and confluent patchy ground-glass opacities are seen scattered in both lungs. An associated overlying intralobular septal lines giving crazy paving pattern.
