Numerous extensive and rather symmetric multilobar centrally- and peripherally-located patchy areas of segmental and subsegmental confluent acinar consolidation. Some areas demonstrate air bronchograms within. They are intermingled with ground glass opacities seen involving all lung lobes and segments. No pleural effusion.
