Widespread diffuse ground-glass opacities of almost entire right lung-sparing only small areas of the right lung anteriorly, multi-focal peripheral patchy areas of ground-glass opacities are seen in the anterior segment of left upper lobe, lingual segments and an anteromedial segment of the left lower lobe.
Case Discussion
This patient had positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19. Ground glass pattern is the most common finding in COVID-19 infections, and they are usually multifocal bilateral and peripheral.
