- diffuse crazy paving in the right and left lungs
- multiple ground-glass opacities in the lower lobes, with peripheral distribution
- multiple prominent mediastinal lymph nodes
Case Discussion
Ground-glass opacities with interlobular septal thickening giving the crazy-paving appearance are the primary findings in COVID-19 pneumonia.
Note; The patient was tested positive for COVID-19.
