Presentation
This patient had symptoms 20 days ago when he presented fever, anorexia, chest pain, and diarrhoeal episodes.
Patient Data

CT reveals bilateral subpleural parenchymal bands or "fibrous stripes" in both lungs, predominantly at the right lung's peripheral, associated with minimal residual ground-glass opacities.
This patient tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, and the CT findings are consistent for the late/absorption stage (stage 4) COVID-19 pneumonia.
Case Discussion
Covid-19 is a disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 1-6. The temporal evolution of lung abnormalities in COVID-19 pneumonia helps radiologists determine the stage of disease 1-6. In stage 4 (absorption/late stage, > 14 days after the onset of symptoms), the lesions are gradually absorbed, leaving signs of fibrosis, including subpleural parenchymal bands, architectural distortion, tractions bronchiectasis, and minimal residual ground-glass opacities 1-6.
This case demonstrates a patient with confirmatory laboratory testing for SARS-CoV-2, with the temporal CT features of stage 4 COVID-19 pneumonia.
