Air space consolidation at the left lower lobe superior and basal segments. Ground glass opacities with superimposed interlobular and intralobular septal thickening form a crazy-paving pattern at the left lower lobe superior and basal segments. There is more dense consolidation centrally. Changes are unilateral.
