Multilobar and multisegmental bilateral ground‐glass opacities in both lungs, predominantly with a peripheral subpleural distribution. Ground glass opacities demonstrate superimposed interlobular and intralobular septal thickening, forming a crazy-paving pattern at the right upper lobe anterior and posterior segments.
