Presentation
A patient presented with headache, high-grade fever, and chest pain. The patient took his 2nd COVID vaccine shot 2 months previously. He had 3 negative PCR in the 1 week before admission.
Patient Data
Multiple patchy bilateral ground-glass opacity, more significant peripherally. Left lower lobe atelectatic bands. Non-specific mediastinal lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
The patient has a history of close contact with a person with a known case of COVID-19 and had symptoms of the disease, but 3 negative PCR tests in 1 week. The day after the CT scan, the patient was re-tested for COVID-19, and the result of PCR was positive and the CT changes reflect COVID-19 pneumonia.
