Presentation

Attended the emergency department for progressive dyspnea in the last few days along with fever and cough. On the blood test, lymphopenia is detected.

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Chest

x-ray

Bilateral and peripheral alveolar consolidations, more prominent in the left lung.

Case Discussion

We present a case of SARS-CoV-2 associated pneumonia (COVID-19), highlighting the extensive pulmonary involvement in a middle-aged patient.

After chest x-ray, PCR was positive to SARS-CoV-2 RNA.
