There are large bilateral pure ground-glass opacities in the upper and lower lobes prevalent in the dorsal region, with peripheral distribution and slightslightly dilated vessels in the affected area. Ground-glass opacities with a rounded morphology are also present in the middle lobe and lingula.

On the right, there is a modest amount of pleural effusion in the inter-lobar fissure with thin fibrous bands in the medial segment of the ipsilateral lower lobe. No pathological adenopathies.
