Fever and dry cough for 4 days.

Gender: Male

Multiple variable sizes and confluent patchy ground-glass opacities and consolidative areas are seen scattered in both lungs predominantly at subpleural, peripheral and posterior regions. An associated overlying intralobular septal lines giving crazy paving pattern.
