The transverse liver is noted with stomach on the right
Multiple spleens on the right
Interruption of IVC with azygous continuation
Multilobar and bilateral ground‐glass opacities in both lungs, mostly in mid to lower lungs, with a peripheral subpleural distribution
No pleural effusion
No mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

This is a case of heterotaxy syndrome in a patient with positive RT-PCR testing for COVID-19.
