Benign prostatic hyperplasia, protruding into vesical space, its difficult to evaluate zones of diffusion restriction due to local magnetic field inhomogeneity and susceptibility-related artefacts

Cystic lesion within the bulb of the penis, in the location of the bulbourethral (Cowper) glands.
