Abnormal alignment of the left femoral neck with narrow femoral neck angle leads to premature osteoarthritic changes of the left hip joint. Normal femoral neck angle = 120o

Normal angle on the right side = 125o
Abnormal angle on the left side = 103o
Case Discussion
Coxa vara is deformity of the femoral neck with decreased femoral neck angle < 120o. The condition could be congenital or acquired and causes premature hip osteoarthritis.
