- Bony expansion with some cortical destruction is seen involving the right aspect of facial skeleton namely the right maxillary bone, right pterygoid bones and right zygomatic bone partially encircling the right orbital framework with extension into the sphenoid bone and right petrous apex medially as well as right half of mandible caudally. They are seen eliciting heterogeneous but predominantly low signal on T1, T2 and STIR WIs. No related soft tissue components seen. Obliteration of the lumen of right maxillary antrum is seen.Another similar calvarial mass lesion is seen along the right upper calvarium involving a 3.6 cm segment eliciting heterogenous low signal on T1 and intermediate to a high signal on T2 WIs.
- Bilateral frontoparietal periventricular patchy foci of high T2 and FLAIR signal intensities are seen exerting no mass effect on the surrounding structures nor surrounded by edema (likely ischemic)

Case Discussion
MR and CT picture impressive of cranio-facial fibrous dysplasia.
Clinical confirmation of the diagnosis as the patient reported having the painless facial disfigurement and cranial asymmetry starting since childhood matching with cranio-facial fibrous dysplasia.
