Comminuted and displaced bilateral nasal bone fractures. Deviated nasal septum with fracture of its anterior aspect. Concha bullosa.
Expansile ground-glass lesion with a relatively homogeneous matrix involving the right superior orbital margin, zygomatic process up to the frontozygomatic suture and the greater sphenoid wing with no cortical breach or soft tissue component.
Case Discussion
The CT features are most consistent with fibrous dysplasia, an incidental finding on CT performed for trauma of the nasal bones.
