Modest cranial asymmetry. Aspect "ground-glass" of sphenoid and calvarium with aplasia of the frontal, maxillary and sphenoid sinuses. Right nasolacrimal duct opens into the nasal cavity through dehiscence of ipsilateral medial orbit wall. It was not possible to introduce the contrast into the lacrimal ducts.
