The only complaint was headache. Neurological examination including fundoscopy was normal.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Hydrocephalus transependymal CSF transition in cerebral parenchyma adjacent to both lateral ventricles. A solid component shows heterogeneous contrast enhancement in the left lateral wall adjacent to the defined cystic lesion which arises from the suprasellar region. The most likely diagnosis was felt to be a craniopharyngioma. 

Case Discussion

The patient was operated shortly after the examination confirming the diagnosis of craniopharyngioma and returned to daily life without sequelae
